Psychological Therapy and Counselling

At Clear Sky Therapies, Psychological Therapy and Counselling is offered incorporating a variety of therapeutic modalities including:

Therapy is offered on an open ended or short-term basis, and can be completed face-to-face, over the telephone or via MS Teams, Zoom, and FaceTime. All psychological therapy is facilitated by a highly skilled, specialist psychologist using a fully confidential, caring, genuine and non-judgemental approach, affording space to explore what you are struggling with.  Time is given to explore thoughts and emotions and most importantly and what you most want to achieve in your life and future. Sessions will be held in the same location and for pre-agreed frequency and duration and all concerns and issues will be held and explored with utmost confidence. Sessions last 50 minutes and consulting room is based in Market Harborough though home visits can potentially be arranged where appropriate.

Extensive Experience


  • Psychological therapy individual sessions per hour £110
  • Couples therapy sessions per 80 minute session £140
  • Paperwork, letters, reports per hour spent £110
  • Travel incurred related to appointments per hour £50
  • Late cancellation fees per hour will be £55 if cancelled less than 48 hours before, and the full hourly rate if cancelled less than 24 hours before an appointment
  • Payment can be made in cash, or by bank transfer, credit or debit cards.
